Mastering Mobility
Description:
This Class is dedicated to expanding your active, usable, and functional ranges of motion using gentle movement drills and stretching exercises incorporating Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®)/Kinstretch® techniques and principles. FRC® is a systematic approach to joint health and the acquisition of mobility - the amount of controllable motion that you have across a particular articulation (joint). The more control you have over your joints, the more control you have over your body and your body’s movements. And the better your movements, the better your joint health, function, and longevity. You can learn more about FRC® and Kinstretch® here. This class is for everyone who wants to move better, feel better, and finally make time for stretching! Because let’s face it, you tend to skip that part.
Benefits:
Improved body control and movement freedom.
Reduction in symptoms associated with muscle and joint stiffness and neuromuscular tension.
Progressive tissue adaptation and protection from injury.
Increased articular (joint) ranges of motion.
Improved function and strength at end-ranges of motion.
Improved joint stability, health, and longevity.
Schedule:
Mondays @ 12pm (staring Oct 2nd)
Fridays @ 7am (starting Oct 6th)
