Whether you simply want a foundational online volleyball training program to perform independently to help keep you progressing (and accountable), or wish to work with me more personally and interactively through custom programming (based on the results of a thorough Movement System Evaluation) and/or virtual training and coaching (via Zoom Meetings), I am confident that we can find a solution that helps you achieve your volleyball performance goals.
Solution #1: Virtual Volleyball Performance Training Program
The simplest and most affordable solution that I offer is a selection of pre-prepared volleyball-specific (and periodized) strength and conditioning training programs (using the Bridge Athletic App) with various membership options. Upon purchase of your desired membership, you will need to register an account with Bridge Athletic so that I can assign you the appropriate training program based on your needs, goals, age, training experience etc.
How Does It Work?
Once I assign you a specific training program, you will have immediate access to begin the training. Training programs are divided into periodized “training blocks” lasting 3-4 weeks each. Each training block consists of 2-5 training sessions or “workouts” per week and every training session features detailed exercise prescriptions (eg. sets, reps, tempo etc.) with video demonstrations of each exercise. You will record the completion of each training session so that your progress throughout the program can be tracked and monitored.

Solution #2: Custom Program Design, Monitoring, and Coaching
If you are looking for a more personalized approach to online training, I can provide custom programming and coaching based on the results of a thorough in-person or virtual Movement System Evaluation (MSE). I can help you identify your specific deficits/limitations as they relate to functional movement, mobility, strength, power etc. and program a specific FRC® and functional strength and conditioning regimen that will address these movement system deficits, as well as improve your overall joint health and longevity, body control and performance. The evaluation findings will also be used as a base-line so I can gauge your progress throughout your training. A custom designed written program (PDF) or App-based program (Bridge Athletic) including videos of all prescribed exercises will be created for you to reference and record your workouts so that I can monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed. Additionally, you will be afforded a specific amount of Virtual Coaching time per week (depending on the Membership package you choose below) which you can use at your discretion (eg. weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly coaching) to assess your progress, test or re-test key performance indicators, ask questions, and address concerns.
Custom Virtual Training BASIC
$30/week
